Answers before your first inquiry.
Part identification, procurement lists, pricing and supply arrangements.
01Can I inquire about a part that is not listed?
Yes. The catalog is being built. Send the part or OE number, quantity and destination. Availability and supply are confirmed for each request.
02What if I do not know the part number?
Include the truck make, model and year. Email a photo of the marking or the old part if available. Additional information may be needed to identify the correct component.
03Can I send a list of multiple parts?
Yes. Email your list. Include a part number and quantity for each item, plus the destination country and city for the whole request.
04Why are there no prices or shopping cart?
This website is for supply inquiries. Pricing and terms depend on the exact part, quantity and destination. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid order.
05How is compatibility confirmed?
The part number and vehicle details must be checked before an order is agreed. A category description alone does not confirm that a particular component fits.
06What are the delivery times and payment methods?
These are agreed after the request is reviewed. Include the destination city, country and desired timing. Confirmed payment and delivery terms should be included in the quotation.
07Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are confirmed by item. Include the quantity you need so supply availability can be reviewed.
08How are warranty and returns agreed?
Confirm the terms before agreeing a specific order. Keep the part numbers, agreed specification and inquiry correspondence.
